Byron Bruce Byers, CPA
began working with his mother Violet Clark Byers, in 1974 shortly after his father's death. Bruce had been working as a Field Examiner for the Indiana Department of Revenue. After achieving his Enrolled Agent status with the IRS, Bruce went on to graduate from the University of Evansville with his Bachelor of Science degree and shortly after earned his CPA. Bruce took ownership of Byers Accounting in 1979 after his mother's passing. Bruce practices not only Individual Tax Returns, but Trusts, Estates, Partnerships, Corporations, LLC's, Farms, and Rental Properties.
Rita M. Byers, R.T.R.P.
has been with Byers Accounting since 1973. Rita is currently a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the IRS and has her Associates Degree in Accounting from Vincennes University. Rita not only specializes in Individual Tax Returns, she can guide you in all the aspects of Trusts, Estates, Partnerships, Corporations, LLC's, Farms, and Rental Properties. Rita also keeps books for many local business, processes sales tax returns, and prepares quarterly and year end payroll reports.
Jackie Saum, EA, ATP
is a graduate of USI with a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance. She has been employed with Byers Accounting since 2005. Jackie achieved her Enrolled Agent status with the IRS in 2011. She is currently eligible to sit for the CPA exam. Jackie specializes in Individual and Business Income Tax Preparation, bookkeeping for area businesses, as well as payroll preparation and quarterly and year end payroll reports.
